By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Service provides a free, user-friendly interface to search publicly available Indian trademark records. It displays trademark word marks, application numbers, classes, proprietor names, status, and key dates sourced from third-party trademark data aggregators.
The Service is intended for preliminary research only. It is not a substitute for an official search at the IP India register or for professional legal advice from a registered trademark agent or attorney.
The trademark search feature is offered free of charge, subject to a fair-use limit of 2 searches per IP address per day. The limit resets daily at midnight Indian Standard Time. We reserve the right to adjust this limit, restrict access, or block IP addresses that we believe are abusing the Service.

Trademark databases are constantly updated. A mark that does not appear in our search results today may have been recently filed and not yet published. Always engage a qualified trademark attorney before adopting or filing a brand.
To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, TMPS, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our maximum aggregate liability to you, if any, is limited to ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMPS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
If you submit a registration inquiry through the Service, our IP attorneys may contact you to discuss filing options. Any subsequent engagement for trademark filing services will be governed by a separate engagement letter and fee agreement, not these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for such modifications.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
